About

Somebody had to build the mirror image.

Every tool in ground handling contract analytics was built so airlines could audit handlers. GroundAlly exists because the handler's side of that ledger was never worth anyone's product roadmap.

Their Tools

Built so airlines can audit you.

PDC GroundCost, Accelya, RESA, Cosmos. All of them are sold to the airline, and all of them are looking for one thing: what the handler over-billed.

GroundAlly

Built for your side of the ledger.

What your vendors over-charged you, and what you were entitled to bill and never did. On your side those are the same problem. To an airline's tool, the second one does not exist.

Why this exists

Ground handling is a margin business run on paper. A station operates under an SGHA with annexes that change by season and aircraft type, a fuel agreement with its own surcharge mechanics, GSE leases with return conditions, and a stack of subcontractor terms. Most of it is a scan. Almost none of it is in a form anything can check against.

Meanwhile the invoices move. Hundreds to thousands a month, in both directions, each one representing a claim about what a contract says. Verifying them by hand at that volume is not a discipline problem, it is an arithmetic one.

The software that grew up around this problem serves airlines. That makes commercial sense, since airlines are bigger, fewer, and buy centrally. But it means the handler has been on the wrong end of an information asymmetry for two decades: audited with tools they cannot see, negotiating rates against a counterparty with better data about their own operation than they have.

GroundAlly is that asymmetry, reversed. Same rigour, pointed the other way, and pointed at both halves of the ledger rather than only the half that costs you money.

How We Work

Process rigour instead of a logo wall.

GroundAlly is new. We do not have a decade of case studies, and we are not going to imply one. What we can show you is how the work is done.

Evidence

Every number has a source

Structured values point back to the page and paragraph they were read from. A flagged line arrives with its governing clause attached.
Confidentiality

Your paperwork stays yours

Review runs under NDA. No client names, no stations, no rates in our marketing, not even anonymised. Every figure on this site is invented.
Candour

We say what isn't built

ERP integration is on the roadmap and not in the product. We hold no security certifications today. Both are written on the site rather than discovered in week three.
