Three ways we put your contracts to work.
Digitization gets your terms into a form a machine can check. Reconciliation runs that check against every invoice and payment, both directions. Renegotiation is what happens when the data says the terms themselves are the problem.
Contract Digitization
Your agreements arrive however they exist today: a scanned SGHA from 2019, a rate annex someone emailed as a photo, four amendments nobody has merged. We turn all of it into structured, queryable data with the source document attached to every field.
Not a document repository with search bolted on. A PDF in a folder is still a PDF. The output here is data, which is the only form an invoice can actually be checked against.
Every value links to the page and paragraph it came from, so a disputed number is one click from its source. Version history means you can see what a rate was on any date, not just today.
The part nobody else does for a handler.
Both sides of the ledger, checked against the terms that actually apply, then followed through to the payment that closes the line out.

When the invoices are right and that's the problem.
A rate that was fair three fuel cycles ago. A clause too vague to enforce. An escalation mechanism that only moves one direction.
- The evidence pack. What you have actually been charged, by line, across the term, against what your own other stations look like. Numbers, not argument.
- Language review. The clauses that cannot be enforced as written, and what a workable version says instead. Vague rate-driver definitions are where most of the leakage starts.
- Position modelling. What a proposed rate change is worth to you annually at your real volumes, before you agree to it.
- At the table. We join the negotiation if you want us there, or stay behind it and keep the analysis moving. Your call.
How this starts.
Small, and without an IT project. The first conversation is one contract and one invoice.
Start with one contract and one invoice.
That is enough for us to show you something useful. If there's nothing there, we'll tell you that too.
